2012 e-Waste EventThe Michigan Technology Network with support from Grand River Connection, Power On, St. Stephen’s Community Church, and Retro DC Designs announced today that they will be hosting a free e-Waste Recycling Event from 5:30pm – 8:30pm on Thursday, January 26, 2012.

Have you ever wondered how some products get their start?  Are you curious about the tools people utilize?   This year, in lieu of a holiday party, Michigan Technology Network joined with other local user groups to support Lansing Demo Camp 3.  A big thank you goes to Foster Swift, MITN's December sponsor, who made it possible for MITN to be part of the event.

Our guide for the evening was Lynn Meikle. Lynn is a freelance producer for the station who is passionate about the station, it’s programming, and the extensive internship program offered.
